Developmental Disorders in Equine Dentition

Wouter Demey will be giving a lecture about Developmental Disorder in Equine Dentition, this 4th of June 2021 during the (virtual) 29th European Congress of Veterinary Dentistry - European Veterinary Dental Forum.
In this presentation cases are limited to primary disorders of dental development and eruption such as dental dysplasia, dilacerations and micro/macrodontia.
The aim of this case series is to present several cases with an abnormal tooth formation and/or eruption. Known or plausible causes for these conditions will be discussed. Proposed cases include traumatic cases in the young horse as well as cases where underlying disease was present.
We are looking forward to share the knowledge and to keep on learning !
In the meantime, here is a radiograph of a horse with developmental disorders of its tooth 209!
