Day 1: Morning session - X-rays

- Embryology relevant for X-rays

- Anatomy relevant for X-rays

- Cell traces in Radiology 

- Pathology - Radiographic changes: how to describe what you see 


Day 1: Afternoon session - Vet lab radiography

- X-ray projections 

- Clinical interpretation of X-rays

- The use of contrast and makers 


Friday June 5th, 2026

Day 2: Morning session - decision making 

- Decision making in treatment: when to preform endodontics and when to extract? 

- Tips and tricks: how to avoid nasty extractions - what options do we have? 

- Dental materials: essentials to have in your drawer (endodontics, periodontal disease, extractions)


Day 2: Afternoon session - Vet lab dental materials and the use of a dental unit

- Endodontic techniques 

- Dental materials 

*Practicum subjects: Periodontal Disease: staging, widening, bridging, closed mouth endoscopy, Apical Infections: case based discussion, Odontoplasty
